What to expect in 2021

Opening day for Northwest Winterfest 2021-2022 will be Thursday November 11th and going through Sunday January 2nd.

We will be honoring ALL VETERANS and offering free admission to all Veterans with ID on Thursday November 11th.

In 2021 Northwest Winterfest will be at the Mirabeau Meadows Park on Mirabeau Parkway in Spokane, Washington!

You can expect to experience a winter wonderland full of more holiday lanterns, another auction of hand-painted cultural lantern trees, live local bands, cultural performances, caroling in different languages, and the opportunity to try cultural dinners from all over the world!

We are also planning for a Hot Chocolate Run for the kiddos and a Wine Tasting Walk and for the adults! Also, for the adults, we will have a Brews from around the World Fest! And, make plans now for a New Years Eve Celebration at Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center.

Northwest Winterfest will again be partnering with various culture groups around the Inland Northwest to put on “How to” classes from each culture. These classes could be How to… make your own Viking knit wire bracelets with Norway, practice yoga or make golden milk with India, dance traditional dances with Ireland, Scotland, or India, and so many more!

Lastly, we are planning to partner with local artists to design and create Northwest Winterfest cultural murals in the Spokane Valley! These will be permanent pieces that we plan to update and feature in the Spokane Valley annually!
