Even though you entered a ticket date when purchasing, you are able to use your ticket any day throughout the festival. Just present your ticket at the entry gate.
We have been advised by a guest that if you are sensitive to flashing lights or strobe lights that you should be cautious about attending our event.
Spokane County Fair & Expo Center does not allow dogs. If you have certification for a support dog, the animal is allowed.
Northwest Winterfest is an indoor, self-guided walking tour that is accessible for those with disabilities.
Only service animals with certification are permitted.
Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online, however, they can be purchased at the ticket booth at the entrance.
Yes we can take credit card payments for onsite tickets.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test is not required. Face masks are recommended but not required for guests.
Northwest Winterfest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that spreads cultural understanding and appreciation through family-friendly events.
Northwest Winterfest also gives regional artists opportunities to share their culture through art with the Eastern Washington region and beyond.

VIP Parking is not necessary at Spokane County Fair & Expo Center due the abundance of free, convenient parking.
No we do not have onsite wheel chair rental available.
The event is open each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (except Christmas Day) from December 1st – December 31st. These are the hours of operation:
Fridays: 5:00p – 8:00p
Saturdays: 4:00p – 8:00p
Sundays: 3:00p – 6:00p
CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY, December 25th
Yes we do offer the use of indoor restrooms at the Fair & Expo Center.
